Liverpool fans have taken to Twitter to say that they certainly don’t want Real Madrid outcast Gareth Bale at the club.

Spanish journalist Eduardo Inda of Okdiario said that the Welshman is likely to join either of the Champions League finalists Liverpool or Tottenham, in quotes that won’t sit well with the Liverpool fans below.

Luis Suarez certainly had no qualms about celebrating against his former employers in the video below…

The Southampton academy graduate has endured a tough season in the Spanish capital and Madrid are reportedly trying to get rid of the man they paid a whopping £85m for back in 2014.

Bale hit 14 goals and recorded six assists in the campaign just gone, but his massive wages – he allegedly earns £650,000-a-week – may prove to be a stumbling block for any interested clubs; he has also suffered with his fair share of injury problems.

He would certainly be a risky signing all things considered, and one that the Reds should quite rightly stay away from – it has since been revealed by the Liverpool Echo that a move for the forward would be unlikely.

It has been a terrible year to be a Bradford City supporter, hasn’t it?

Despite starting the 2018/19 campaign in positive spirits, the Valley Parade faithful soon realised that their side were in for a real struggle in League One after they suffered a number of poor results.

Although the Bantams would change their manager on two occasions in eight months, the sincere lack of quality in their squad ultimately culminated in them finishing nine-point adrift of safety.

With Gary Bowyer clearly needing to launch a complete overhaul of his squad this summer, the fact that he has given Daniel Devine a new contract could indicate that he may be willing to put his trust in Bradford’s academy players next season.

An exciting young prospect, the midfielder has been limited to just 34 appearances since making his debut in 2016 yet with his side dropping down in level, he will be hoping to establish himself as a mainstay in the first team.

Reacting to the news that Devine had agreed to stay at their club for at least another year on Twitter, loads of Bradford fans expressed their delight at the decision.

Having led Blackpool to promotion from League Two in 2017, Bowyer will be confident that he can achieve the same feat with Bradford in the upcoming campaign.

وتحدث السويدي عن الأمر في تصريحات لصحيفة “لاجازيتا ديلو سبورت” الإيطالية، وقال: “بولونيا يمتلك مدربا عظيما مثل ميهايلوفيتش”.

وتابع: “لم نكن نحب بعضنا البعض في البداية (فترته مع إنتر ميلان) ولكن عندما عرفته عن قرب كانت هناك علاقة صداقة قوية منذ اليوم الأول، إذا ذهبت إلى الحرب سيكون سينسيا في الصف الأول وأنا في الصف الثاني”.

وأضاف: “أردت قتله خلال إحدى مباريات يوفنتوس وإنتر ميلان، لكن لحسن الحظ لم يحدث أي شيء، وتغيرت فكرتي بمجرد انتقالي إلى النيراتزوري وفخور بأن أكون صديقًا له”.

وعن معركة ميهايلوفيتش مع اللوكيميا (سرطان الدم): “سينسيا دائمًا ما كان كشخص أقوى مني، وأخبرته أنه إذا بحاجة إلى مساعدتي في أي شيء فليحدثني على الفور وسأفعل كل شيء يطلبه مني”.

وانتقل إبراهيموفيتش للحديث عن رغبة ميهايلوفيتش في ضمه لبولونيا: “لقد فعل كل ما في وسعه لتحقيق ذلك، لكنني كنت صادقًا معه لم أعد أركض كما كنت أفعل في السابق”.

وواصل تصريحاته: “قال ميهايلوفيتش إنني سأحتاج فقط إلى التواجد في منطقة الجزاء وقلت له إنني سألتحق ببولونيا مجانًا فقط من أجله، ثم وصل عرض ميلان”.

وأتم: “الاختيار لم يكن بين بولونيا وميلان، لكن بين اللعب أو الاعتزال”.

Aston Villa are embroiled in a three-way tug-of-war with Fulham and Stoke City for the signature of AFC Bournemouth midfielder Harry Arter, per The Irish Independent.

The Republic of Ireland man reportedly wants out of the Vitality Stadium after eight years of service on the south coast with his eyes fixed firmly on a return to the senior squad of his nation.

Arter spent the season on loan at Cardiff and despite some committed displays couldn’t do enough to help the Welsh side avoid the drop back into the Championship.

Aston Villa, meanwhile, no doubt need to add some Premier League experience to their squad this summer to boost their own survival hopes after gaining promotion via the playoffs on Monday.

He gives 110% week in week out, will play anywhere the manager asks him to, and now has three years of Premier League experience under his belt. It wouldn’t be a glamorous signing, but it would give Smith another option in a position where depth is crucial.”

According to Spanish outlet AS, Ricardo Pereira is on Barcelona’s wish list as they eye up a new right-back.

What’s the word?

Pereira has quickly established himself as one of the best right-backs in the Premier League, showing impressive strides since switching Porto for Leicester.

However, after just a season in England he could be on the move.

Mundo Deportivo have reported that current Barcelona full-back Nelson Semedo avoided journalists in the mixed zone following Portugal’s win over Switzerland at the Nations League. That came just a day after the same publication claimed he wanted to leave.

With that in mind, the Catalan club have now drawn up a list of potential replacements.

Among those names, according to AS, is Leicester’s Pereira. The report doesn’t specify how much he is likely to leave for, but Transfermarkt rate the player at £18m.

Disaster on the cards for Leicester

After Brendan Rodgers said he wanted to keep his squad intact over the summer this piece of news will be particularly worrying for fans of the Foxes.

He isn’t the first full-back to be linked with La Liga, though, after Ben Chilwell was the subject of interest from Atletico Madrid.

Both of them were excellent over the course of the 2018/19 season but there was arguably no player more important to Leicester than Pereira.

The 25-year-old had a stunning campaign, being named the club’s Player of the Season and also Players’ Player of the Season.

It was fine reward for a term where he claimed six assists, proving to be a valuable asset down the right hand side.

After seeing Danny Simpson released, Leicester now only have one right back in the squad. Daniel Amartey has been utilised in that position in the past but he doesn’t come close to Pereira’s quality.

As a result, losing someone with the attributes he possesses would be nothing short of a disaster. Considering the transfer window has only just opened, it would be the worst possible way to open proceedings.

He’s a player you sense would be incredibly difficult to replace and considering Leicester’s £85m valuation of Harry Maguire, it hardly seems as though they’re strapped for cash.

In that case, allowing him to leave isn’t in their best interests.

وأردف: “كل الأمور كانت أمامنا، ولكن كنا ننظر للصالح العام لأننا لا نهدم كيانات، وتوقيت إعلان القرار كان لا بد أن يكون مناسبًا ولصالح المؤسسة مهما كان حجم الضغط”.

وعندما سُئل عن موقفه من التواصل مع مجلس إدارة نادي الزمالك، أجاب الوزير: “نتواصل مع الجميع ونتخذ قراراتنا بناءً على المصلحة العامة ولسنا في خصومة مع أحد”.

وأضاف: “لن نصمت على التعصب ونسير مع المجلس الأعلى للإعلام من أجل العمل على الحس التربوي وتدعيمه وتواصلت أمس مع محمود الخطيب رئيس الأهلي وتحدثنا في هذا الأمر”.

وعقب أشرف صبحي على ما يتردد مؤخرًا بشأن وجود مؤامرات على نادي الزمالك: “بالعكس، نحن لن نسمح بمؤامرات على المؤسسة وعلى الأقل هذا من جانب الوزارة، نحن فعلنا ذلك مع الأهلي من قبل وحافظنا عليه عندما كان هناك مهاترات من الخارج لأن هذا دورنا”.

وتابع: “ما حدث مع الزمالك أنه كان هناك تجاوزات من أشخاص وليس كيان واتخذنا قراراتنا على الأشخاص، ونحن نحمي المؤسسات، أما الأفراد لا يستمرون في أمكانهم ولكن نحن دورنا أن نحافظ على الكيان”.

وواصل: “رأينا بيان اليوم من مجلس إدارة الأهلي فيه الاحترام للقيادة السياسية وشجب أي مظاهر حدثت تمثل شيئًا غير معتاد لأي لاعب وبصفة خاصة ما حدث مع محمود عبد الرازق شيكابالا، ورأينا الإجراءات القانونية التي اتخذت بشكل سريع ضد المتنمرين”.

وتحدث عن مدى احتياج الزمالك لدعم مادي: “نحن خلال الفترة الماضية قللنا الدعم للأندية الجماهيرية لأننا نساعدها على تنمية مواردها والاستثمار، والفترة المقبلة سنرى كيف ندعم الأندية، ونحن لن نقصر في أي شئ مع الجميع وغدًا أو بعد غد سنعلم إذا كان النادي به أموال أو لا”.

أكد خالد الغندور نجم الزمالك السابق أنه سيتم تجديد عقد اللاعب التونسي فرجاني ساسي خلال الأيام المقبلة.

وتسعى لجنة الكرة بنادي الزمالك برئاسة أيمن يونس لتجديد عقد فرجاني ساسي الذي ينتهي بنهاية الموسم الحالي، للحفاظ على استقرار الفريق في الفترة المقبلة.

وقال الغندور خلال بث مباشر عبر حسابه بموقع التواصل الاجتماعي “فيس بوك”: “سيتم التجديد لـ فرجاني ساسي بما يليق بقيمته خلال الأيام المقبلة”.

وتابع: “أنا لم أر أمير عادل إلا من خلال مقاطع فيديو فقط، ومن الممكن أن ينشأ أي لاعب مقاطع تظهر فنياته، وليس أي محترف خارجي بالضروري يكون مثل أحمد سيد زيزو، الأخير لاعب محترف بمعنى الكلمة”.

وواصل: “ما أنتظره من أمير عادل أن أراه محترفا بمعنى الكلمة، أريد أن أراه في الملعب ويكون إضافة لفريق الزمالك وأنتظر منه الكثير، لأننا نحتاج لاعب رقم 10، واضح أنه لاعب مهاري ولكن الأهم أن نراه في الملعب”.

استكمل: “ما زال ملف أحمد الشيخ مفتوح ومصيره في يد باتشيكو، واللاعب تلقى عرضًا من بيراميدز ضخم جدًا، الزمالك قد يلاقي صعوبة في التعاقد مع لاعب وسط، لكن وجود إمام عاشور وإسلام جابر قد يؤجل حسم التعاقد مع لاعب في هذا المركز إلى فترة الانتقالات المقبلة”.

According to ESPN, Atletico Madrid goalkeeper Jan Oblak is looking to move away from the Wanda Metropolitano, and would favour a move to Manchester United. PSG are also interested, but the 26-year-old is a boyhood United fan and would like to play in the Premier League.

Fernandes deal close

Sporting Lisbon midfielder Bruno Fernandes could be on his way to Manchester according to Sport Mediaset’s Pietro Balzano Porta. He claims an agreement has already been reached, leaving the Red Devils ‘very close’ to signing the in-form Portugal international.
